It is with a heavy, heavy heart and tears in my eyes that Jaelon Pruitt and Jaelon Pruitt Productions23 send our deepest condolences to the family of the late Saturah Hayes, who tragically lost her life to senseless gun violence on prom night May,8th 2026.

Jaelon Pruitt Productions23 had the privilege of capturing Saturah’s 17th birthday pictures on Saturday, November 15, 2025. I do not take it lightly or for granted when clients book with me. Every client who steps foot in my studio or stand in front of my camera becomes like family in some way, somehow.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Saturah. This is a heartbreaking moment for her family, friends, classmates, and everyone who loved her. During this difficult time, we ask that you keep her loved ones lifted in prayer. Though our hearts are broken here on earth, we believe the angels in Heaven are rejoicing. Rest in love, Saturah.
